What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your check-in or pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Please refer to your specific booking confirmation for detailed terms.

How do I list my property on Kodihub?
Property owners can list their furnished apartments by filling out the "List Your Property" form on our website or contacting our partnerships team directly at support@kodihub.com. We'll guide you through the verification process.

What documents do I need to rent a car?
You'll need a valid driver's license (held for at least 2 years), a passport or national ID, and a credit/debit card for the security deposit. International visitors should present a valid passport and international driving permit if required.

Do you offer airport pickup/drop-off?
Yes! We offer complimentary airport pickup and drop-off for car rentals at JKIA (Nairobi) and Moi International Airport (Mombasa). For apartment bookings, airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.
