Apartment Rules:
- No parties/loud music.
- No shoes on the carpet.
* No underage alcohol consumption.
* No illegal substance use.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
- Maximum number of guests is limited to 2.
- Please be mindful of potential damage, breakage, or loss. Any damaged items must be paid for before check-out.
- Stubborn stains, such as hair dye on towels or bedding, may require replacing them.
- For bookings longer than 2 days, cleaning will be performed every 2 nights.
- Soiled beddings and towels are subject to replacement by the client before check-out.

Cancellation Policy:
- No refund is provided for cancellations after payment unless it is a force majeure event, and evidence may be requested.
